CATEGORIES
BEST MOBILE UX
This award is reserved for the smart home solution with the most intuitive and seamless mobile app experience. Judges will evaluate app design & functionality, connectivity, and how the app helps users accomplish their goals.
BEST USE OF MACHINE LEARNING
This award will be given to the product that best uses machine learning to solve a problem, with measurable results. Judges will evaluate how data is collected and analyzed within the solution and the outcomes this produces for target users.
BEST PHYSICAL UX
This award will recognize the device with the most innovative and useful hardware. Judges will evaluate industrial hardware design for both visual appeal and in relation to the device’s purpose, the product’s ease of use, and the quality of construction.
RULES
There is no fee to enter. Product must have funding and have a projected launch date no later than December 31, 2021. To ensure neutrality, no current customers of Very or of judges’ affiliated organizations may win an award.
